A timeline for award has not yet been established.** McAfee Road Sidewalk from Candler Road to East Lakeside Drive: This project is for the construction of curb and sidewalk along the south side of McAfee Road from Candler Road to Barker Bryant Park. A new crosswalk to the park with rectangular rapid flashing beacons is included. Contractor shall fully complete the Work within 180 calendar days from and including the acknowledgement date. Submit one original bid package (inclusive of the entire ITB document with All required documents except the bid form) stamped original and one Copy on usb flash drive to the address listed above. Bid form must be Submitted in a separate sealed envelope or bidder will be deemed nonresponsive and will not be considered for award do not include pricing On the usb flash drive. No Bid may be revoked or withdrawn until one hundred twenty (120) days after the time set for opening the Bids.
