Description

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Sign Replacements at Rowan College Questions by email will be accepted by Larry Uher at Netta Architects, luher@nettaarchitects.com. The Rowan College at Burlington County does not take any responsibility for the receiving of any submitted/ requested information; it is entirely up to the Contractor to assure that their information is properly submitted. Deadline for bidder's questions is Thursday, July 07, 2022 by 5:00 PM. Specific questions submitted to the Architect will be addressed in issued Addenda (if required). Bidders on this project are required to be classified by the State of NJ, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) under classification #C008, C009 and C110 as well as other documentary requirements as set forth in the INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS found in the bid specifications. Please note that if the project budget is $5 Million or more, irrespective of Phasing, a signed PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT shall be required. This bid proposal addresses Sign Replacements at Rowan College at Burlington County. The Rowan College at Burlington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the bid. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the subject of the bid, name and address of the bidder, phone & fax number, and date of the bid opening. Each bid must be delivered to the Purchasing Department prior to the stated time of the opening of the bids. No late bids will be accepted. The Rowan College at Burlington County will not be responsible for late delivery by the U.S. Mail or any other carrier. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.S.A.C. 17:27. Bidding shall also be in conformance with the applicable requirements of N.J.S.A. 18A:64A-25.1 et. Seq. pertaining to "County College Contracts Laws.
