To Submit a Firm Lump Sum Price Proposal to Provide Mowing and Land Maintenance Services for the Authority's Niagara Power Project Located in Lewiston, NY. Mowing and Maintenance Services at the New York Power Authority Upper Niagara Observation Area. A. Project Name: Operations and Maintenance Services at the New York Power Authority Upper Niagara River Observation Area B. Location: The Project is located on the Niagara River side of the Robert Moses Parkway approximately 1.5 miles west of Interstate I-190. C. Background: The Scope of Services (SOS) outlined herein relates to work needed to maintain the recreational access located at the Upper Niagara Observation Area. D. Objective: The objective for this work is to provide general landscape maintenance, lawn care, monthly cleaning of the shelters, benches and tables, and a fall mowing of the meadow.
