Site Directions: 101 Cascade Street North, Osceola, WI No prebid meeting. Project Category Code: Lead Abatement , Asbestos Abatement, Erosion Control/Slope, Bank Stabilization, Traffic Control, Traffic Control Devices (Signals, Signing, etc.), Demolition/Building Removal/Hauling/Salvage Description: In general, work consists of the demolition and removal of the Milkhouse building located at 101 Cascade Street North including utility disconnections, abatement, permitting, and restoration. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum price basis.
