On Call General Plumbing Services

This scope of work is a) Having access to a pump truck or use a subcontractor to take care of sewage and sand pits; b) Installation, repairs and/or modifications to water, sewer and drain lines; c) Cleaning and clearing of drains (Note: Contractor shall own a water jetted machine capable of flushing debris inside of the pipes. Equipment shall be used by Contractors’ employees at no cost to MSA) d) Installation, repairs and/or modifications to CYSC common plumbing fixtures in restrooms, kitchens, and concession stands to include toilets, urinals, sinks, drains, hose bibs, etc. ; e) Installation and testing of backflow preventers; f) Installation and repairs to gas piping; g) Pipe Insulation; h) Pipe heat trace and associated components; i) Contractor shall be able to provide preventative maintenance, repair and installation either through its own certified workforce or subcontractor for pumps and motors of various types, sizes and applications. j) Investigative camera services at no cost to MSA; and k) Game day and event services – the assigned individual will be required to assist MSA in addressing any plumbing tasks that may arise during the course of the event. The majority of assignments consist of toilet and urinal fixtures requiring attention.
