Description

Replace the entire Ridge Cap over Residence and take Chimney down to roof line and shingle over it. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Remove and replace the existing asphalt Ridge Cap 2. Remove and replace ridge vents on all ridges, typical. 3. No asbestos-containing materials may be used. 4. Remove existing Stone Chimney down to just under existing roof decking 5. Re-deck over Chimney 6. Install felt underlayment and drip edge 7. Re shingle and tie into existing roof system
