The contractor shall provide all necessary tools, materials and labor necessary to perform the work. The contractor shall provide any items or tasks which are not specifically mentioned, but which are necessary to complete the work in accordance with the standard practice of the profession, applicable codes, and the manufacturer's specifications and/or recommendations. The following is the list of items requiring replacement: Base Bid - Basement: 1. Install perimeter drain and sump pump, leaving gap at wall for water to drain from floor. Base Bid – Living Room: 1. Install blank cover plate. Base Bid –Bath: 1. Replace tile surround. Base Bid – Exterior: 1. Replace main shingle roof. 2. Replace flat roof 3. Replace roof sheathing as needed. 4. Replace gutters and downspouts. 5. Install capping on fascia and rake boards. 6. Secure electric cables. Base Bid – Miscellaneous: 1. Install smoke detectors per code. 2. Install CO detector in hall.
