Description

The Project includes a complete renovation of the existing historic building as the base scope of work. Offerors shall also include in their base design services anew construction addition that shall be priced as an add alternate for construction. This add alternate scope shall include removing the existing temporary trailers currently on-site in order to accommodate the new addition. both the base renovation scope and add alternate addition total to 126,000 gross square feet of modernized learning space, with approximately 109,000 gross square feet in the existing building and 17,000 gross square feet in the add alternate addition
