KSU - Generator Maintenance and Repair Services

Scope: Objective KSU intends to enter into an agreement with a qualified supplier(s), to perform maintenance and repair services to the generators located on KSU. Kennesaw and Marietta Campuses for an initial term of one (1)-year, with the option to renew the contract for up to four (4) one (1)-year terms. The work includes The regular and systematic examination, adjustment, lubrication, replacement, and preventive maintenance of all components including automatic transfer switches. All ordinary wear and tear, regardless of cause, not including internal engine parts. All required tests and written reports. Copy of reports shall be left on site for maintenance to view. The contractor shall be prepared to carry out contingency repair of all types of electrical and mechanical systems associated with the generator. Where expertise for carrying out any type of work related to generator and associated system maintenance and repair is not readily available, the contractor must be prepared to sub-contract and complete the work.
