Description

Removal of existing fans in each of 12 bathrooms with tub unit therein. Replace fan with a Panasonic Whisper Ceiling DC Ventilation fan Model PANA FV-0511VQ1 50-80-110 CFM or similar. Piping in attic, venting outside building must be inspected to insure proper connections and ventilation. All materials and labor must be included. Alternate No. 1 to include the replacement of 8 Panasonic Whisper Ceiling DC Ventilation fan Model PANA FV-0511VQ1 50-80-110 CFM or similar; seven units will be first floor bathrooms; unit #4 will have one unit in the toilet bathroom located on the second floor.
