Description

The project consists of the construction of renovations to existing building to provide two new interior fire stairs to meet all local, state, and federal guidelines in order to improve the accessibility and life safety for the building's occupants. Scope of work includes selective demolition work; hazardous materials abatement; new concrete footings and steel structure as required for new stairs; new shaft walls; new doors and frames; new concrete-filled metal pan stairs with steel pipe railings; finishes as required; mechanical and electrical upgrades as required.
