Work items include, but are not limited to : mobilization/demobilization, traffic control , pollution control, de-watering operations, clearing/grubbing, rock rip-rap bank stabilization, grade control structures, seeding and mulching. Work within the stream and floodplain or which could affect water quality shall be completed between the dates o f June 15 and September 30, 2022 and/or in accordance with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservations permit.
