Removal and Install New Roof at Roosevelt Engine Company No. 4

Removal and install new roof at Roosevelt Engine Company #4 located on 159 South Cross Road, Staatsburg, New York, including all permitting, equipment, materials, installation, warranties and certifications. All bids must meet prevailing wage requirements for the State of New York. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Bid Deposit Guarantee in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the Base Bid payable to the Roosevelt Fire District as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will complete the items bid upon in accordance with the plans and specifications and under the terms of the contract documents. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Roosevelt Fire District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any Bid in the interest of the district. STATEMENT OF NON-COLLUSION: Bidders are required to execute a non-collusion bidding certificate pursuant to Section 103-d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York. Bids will be binding for 45 days from the bid opening.
