Black Mountain Primary Entire Building Split System Indoor and Outdoor Unit Replacement

Remove Roof top units and indoor air handlers and replace with (4) new 15-ton Carrier split system outdoor and indoor units. Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, permits and servicing, incidental and implied, for the completion of a working system as designed per the attached specifications. 1. Remove existing indoor and outdoor units. 2. New linesets to be included in the bid. 3. Install new replacement units as specified. 4. Supply and Install electric heater kit on every unit (these were not included in the specifications) 5. All additional ductwork shall be properly tied in and insulated. 6. All low voltage wiring shall be in conduit. 7. Factory start-up, and adjustment test report shall be part of this contract. 2 digital copies of the completed factory start-up sheet, installation, operation, and maintenance manuals shall be delivered to the owner on a thumb drive/USB drive before final payment will be made. 8. All unused equipment, piping, wiring and duct shall be removed. 9. All wiring, accessories, disconnects can be re-used (unless the condition demands replacing). 10. ALC Controls shall be re-connected (Harris ISI, contact: Chuck Still).
