Professional Architectural and Engineering Design Services for the Cargo 4 Building Intermodal Freight Transfer Facilities Development

To perform Professional Architectural and Engineering Design Services relating to the Cargo 4 Building Intermodal Transfer Facilities Development. A separate SOI will be solicited at a future date for Construction Management Services. The Proposer will be responsible for any disciplines associated with design and permitting of a largescale cargo facility, including (but not limited to) the following: 1. Civil Engineering 2. Architectural Design 3. Structural Engineering 4. Sustainable Design 5. Environmental Design 6. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering 7. Airport Electronics/IT Systems Design 8. Lighting Design 9. Fire Life Safety, Alarm, Protection System 10. Physical Security and Access Control Systems 11. Wayfinding and Signage Systems Design 12. Traffic Planning and Design 13. Construction Cost Estimates 14. Prepare Construction Schedules 15. Permitting and all federal, State and local regulatory approvals 16. Delivery of electronic information to the ACAA conforming to National BIM Standards and Allegheny County Airport Authority Standards 17. Site investigations, including surveying, geotechnical and soils studies
