| Description | All vendors must be E-Rate approved and willing and able to abide by E--Rate billing and purchasing guide-lines. Consummation of this RFQ is contingent upon GFPS being awarded E-rate funding. Late proposals will not be accepted. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to award the contract(s) to the organization(s) considered best suited to the needs of the School District and to waive irregularities. All proposals will be considered at the time of opening. The District reserves the right to contact providers for clarification or additional information.
