Woodway Family Center

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center. As of September 21, 2022, a construction manager has been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Sealed proposals are requested from subcontractors. John W. Erwin General Contractor, Inc. is the Construction Manager at Risk for this project. Consists of a new construction building and site development: earthwork, concrete, utilities, paving, masonry, structural steel, misc. steel, framing, drywall, finishes, millwork, waterproofing, roofing, glass, doors, signage, toilet accessories, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low voltage, fencing 100% Payment and Performance Bonds for any subcontract over $100,000.00 are required. Proposer shall break out bond cost separately on proposal form. Subcontracts will be awarded to the respondent whose proposal is the most advantageous and represents the best overall value to the Project and the City of Woodway. The Owner reserves the right to reject or accept any or all of the proposals submitted and to waive any informalities and irregularities in the bid.
