Electrical Work

1. Use #4 solid copper wire. 2. Separate circuits required for refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and arc fault receptacles. 3. Install dedicated circuits for air conditioner(s). It is the responsibility of the Contractor to determine the location of air conditioners. Coordinate locations with owner regardless of season. 4. Install running boards as applicable for new and existing wiring. 5. All material installed is to be new. All new light bulbs to be LED. 6. All device boxes shall be new and of the proper size. 7. All junction boxes must have cover plates. 8. Remove and replace all exposed Knob and Tube and cloth-covered wiring. 9. Contractor is responsible to repair surfaces damaged during electrical installations.
