GSA - DOS Carpet and Paint at JCK Federal Building

The Department of State Diplomatic Security Office is need of a refresh with new carpet, paint, cover plates, and door finish. The office is approximately 9,600 usf that includes private offices, a reception area, a kitchenette, and an open office area with systems furniture workstations. The contractor will be responsible for lifting the furniture and existing workstations to remove and dispose of the old carpet and replaced with new carpet. The walls will need patching and repair where needed prior to painting. The doors and frames in the entire office will be required to be sanded and sealed or painted.
