The city prepared a feasibility study in 2013. The estimate for work was too high for a project of this caliber. As of January 24, 2018, this project has not moved forward since the feasibility study. A construction timeline has not been released. As of July 23, 2019, this project is still on hold. No permits have been submitted to the city. There is no timeline for construction and a general contractor has not been selected as of yet. As of September 18, 2023, no new information available
