Description | Replace pool gutter, upgrade electrical, filtration and chemical treatment systems. The following work is assigned to each Prime Contract: 1. All sections of Division 00 – Procurement and Contracting Requirements. 2. All sections of Division 01 – General Requirements. B. The following notes are assigned to each Prime Contract: 1. Bidders are forewarned to review all information in the Contract documents. 2. All Bidders shall visit the site to verify and review existing conditions before estimating the cost of the project. 3. All Contractors are responsible for the layout and survey of their own work. 4. All Contractors are responsible for dewatering for the work of their contract. 5. All Contractors are responsible for offsite disposal of unsuitable spoil and/or excess soils resulting from their own work. 6. All Contractors are required to construct the project per the Schedule. All Contractors shall cooperate fully with the intentions of the schedule. 7. Each Contractor shall provide temporary shoring, bracing, supports, or protection systems needed to complete the Work of their Contract. All Contractors are responsible, individually, and collectively, for maintaining safe-working conditions at all times in compliance with OSHA safety regulations. Contractors will be responsible, where required by the Owner or Architect, to provide Professional Structural Engineering design for temporary shoring, bracing, supports or protection systems. 8. All Contractors are responsible for the safety of their own workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on site. Each and every Contractor is responsible for maintaining a safe work site, and for maintaining safe work procedures. Protect all Village facilities and personnel. 9. Each Contractor is required to implement and maintain a project specific safety program. The program shall include company safety philosophy, history, action plan, manuals, hazardous communications sheets, OSHA filings, meeting minutes and a reporting system for any accidents or injuries. |
