Seasonal Mowing Services - Devers Canal Contract

For Seasonal Mowing Services - Devers Canal Contract The Work generally consists of seasonal mowing of approximately 650 acres on the Devers Canal levee tops and mild side slopes utilizing batwing mowers. The subject levees generally extend from just south of US 90 in Devers, Texas to just north of the Intracoastal Canal at SH 124, spanning across Liberty and Chambers County, Texas. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive or alternate bid items only as indicated in the Bid Form. Hard copies of the bidding documents will not be sold. Complete sets of Bidding Documents shall be used in preparing Bids; Owner assumes no responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents. In making copies of Bidding Documents available on the above terms, Owner does so only for the purpose of obtaining Bids for the Work and does not authorize or confer a license for any other use. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
