RFQ Engineering - Fourth Water Plant Transmission Main

The City of Columbus (City), Department of Public Utilities (DPU), Division of Water (DOW) is soliciting proposals for a professional engineering services agreement for the Fourth Water Plant Transmission Main project The City's 2018 Comprehensive and Water Distribution System Master Plan Update has recommended construction of a fourth water treatment plant that will be located at 5993 Home Road, Delaware, OH 43015. A water transmission main connecting the proposed water plant to the existing distribution water system, specifically the Cleveland/Henderson pressure district, will need to be planned, designed, and constructed.
