These Specifications, provisions, and Special Provisions are issued for the information of Bidders submitting Bids for the Project or Work described herein at the time and place specifically indicated herein, subject to such revision as may be made in accordance with provisions stated below, and will be incorporated in and made a part of any Contract for said Project or Work that may be awarded on the basis of a Bid received at said specifically indicated time and place Region : 3 PE EA : PE003063 CON EA : CON04565 Foothill Rd: Delta Waters to Dry Creek Section Foothill Road Justin Shoemaker, Pm Estimated Value : $ 5,000,000 - $ 10,000,000 Class of Work: Either: A) Asphalt Concrete Paving and Oiling, or B) Earthwork and Drainage. ORDOT - 002 - Foothill Rd: Delta Waters to Dry Creek *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. (1) The Contractor shall complete all Work to be done under the Contract required to complete Stage III and open Coker Butte Road to traffic before the elapse of 79 Calendar Days, or not later than August 23, 2024, whichever occurs first. Recording of Calendar Days will begin on the day the Contractor closes Coker Butte Road as set forth in 00220.40(f)(1). (2) The Contractor shall complete all Work to be done under the Contract required to complete Stage IV and open Foothill Road to traffic according to 00220.40(e)(1) before the elapse of 73 Calendar Days, or not later than November 7, 2024, whichever occurs first. Recording of Calendar Days will begin on the day the Contractor closes Foothill Road as set forth in 00220.40(f)(2). (3) The Contractor shall complete all Work to be done under the Contract, except for plant establishment, not later than June 30, 2025
