E-rate eligible Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections (BMIC) for existing owned equipment. The district is seeking wireless infrastructure support throughout five campuses. The following is a list of the existing equipment for which it is requesting BMIC. a. (2) Ruckus SmartZone SZ104 controllers b. (197) Ruckus R750 APs c. (1) Ruckus T750 (existing AP) (2) Ruckus T710S (existing APs) Service Specifications – C 2 B MIC The support must meet the following specifications: 1. 24x7 Technical Assistance, Access to software updates & major upgrades 2. Access to software updates and major upgrades 3. Hardware replacement.
