Demolition of Grafton Annex

The County of York, Virginia (Owner) is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to demolish and remove an existing 7000 square-foot building in its entirety to include foundations and slabs located at or below grade, along with surrounding concrete pavement. The Work under this Project consists of: Removal of the building in its entirety including the slab; filling depression with fill soil/topsoil; grade and plant grass on all disturbed areas. This shall also include erosion and sediment control, and the proper disposal of asbestos and other hazardous debris in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. The successful bidder shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective and complete performance of all necessary services to be provided in accordance with the standards described herein.
