Description

Replacement of Entire Roof Shingles on Administration Annex Building This Bid is for the replacement ofRoof Shingles on the Administration Annex Building at 77 Landau Avenue, Floral Park, NY. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment to replace existing roofshingles on the 2,300 sq ft. single story building. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of all existing roof shingles and replace them with 30-year architectural type shingles. #30 felt paper is to be installed under shingles with ice and water shield be installed at volleys, edges, and vent openings. All existing attic vents are to be replaced.
