| Description | Contractor shall provide a centrally managed floor cleaning service for all floors once per year. SBSC currently has approximately 3 million square feet of VCT flooring throughout the district. VCT floors-shall have a total strip and refinish on an annual schedule depending on the need. VCT floors shall have a top scrub and recoat (3 coats) or strip and wax (5 coats). All floor cleaning services will be performed after school hours to minimize disruption |
