Description

The construction of a new 6,000 S.F. Storage Building Addition for the City of Seaford, Sussex County, Delaware. The building addition shall house a new two-bay drive-thru storage space and an additional open-air storage space. The completed work shall include extensions to the existing City of Seaford Utility Building located at 8000 Herring Run Road with a new pre-engineered metal building, concrete, noncombustible framing, metal siding, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
