Legacy Drive - (Panther Creek Parkway to PGA Parkway) Fields Parkway - (Teel Parkway to Dallas Parkway)

Questions must be received by to 2 pm, Friday, June 10, 2022. Questions received after this time will not be answered. WORK MUST BE COMPLETE IN FULL BY: i. BASE BID A: SEPTEMBER 1, 2023, LEGACY DRIVE ii. BASE BID B: DECEMBER 1, 2023, FIELDS PARKWAY. Liquidated damages are set at an amount equal to 5,000.00 per Calendar Day for the first thirty (30) Days of delay, an amount equal to $10,000.00 per, Calendar Day for the next thirty (30) Days of delay (Days 31-60), and an amount equal to $25,000.00 per Calendar Day for the each and every Day of delay thereafter (Days 61 and beyond) following the expiration of the applicable Contract Time for each Base Bid of the Work. The Project includes two Base Bids for the Work: Base Bid A: Legacy Drive between Panther Creek Parkway and PGA Parkway includes the following; This Project includes the grading, paving, 12’ hike & bike trail, storm drain including inlets, conspans, box culverts, and headwalls, an approximate 665 linear foot bridge over Panther Creek, traffic signals modification at PGA Parkway and Panther Creek Parkway, traffic signal at Fields Parkway, pedestrian tunnel, signing, pavement markings, 20” water line, 27” wastewater line, street lighting, multi-duct conduit, and median landscaping and irrigation. The Owner has pre-purchased specimen trees for the project and the contractor shall provide all necessary coordination for installation timing to meet schedule requirements. The quantities provided are estimates. The bid form unit pricing will prevail, based on actual quantities. This scope of Work will require a separate bid for accounting purposes. Base Bid B: Fields Parkway between Teel Parkway and the new Legacy Drive includes the following; This Project grading, paving, 12’ hike & bike trail, two roundabouts between Teel Parkway and Legacy Drive, storm drain including inlets, conspans, box culverts, and headwalls, traffic signals at Dallas Parkway, two pedestrian tunnels, signing, pavement markings, 24” water line, street lighting, multi-duct conduit, and median landscaping and irrigation. The Owner has pre-purchased specimen trees for the project and the contractor shall provide all necessary coordination for installation timing to meet schedule requirements. The quantities provided are estimates and the bid form unit pricing will prevail, based on actual quantities. This scope of Work will require a separate bid for accounting purposes.

Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation, Transportation Signaling and Control Equipment, Roadway Signaling and Control Equipment, Traffic Signals, Traffic Control Equipment.
