Successful Bidder, hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR, shall enter into an Agreement with the City of Plantation, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the CITY, for the purpose of the Construction of an approximate 4,200 square feet. Development Services Building Addition Project for the City of Plantation. Permitting along with any and all fees associated with permitting, construction of the Development Services Building Addition Project in accordance with the terms, conditions, construction documents and specifications will be the responsibility of the successful Contractor. Contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, insurance and incidentals for the Development Services Building Addition Project, located at 401 NW 70th Terrace, Plantation, Florida 33317. The most recent project site survey with legal description will be provided by the City of Plantation and will be provided for information purposes only.
