| Description | The contractor shall install all new fixed-height, double deep racking at a warehouse facility located at 1944 Higgins Road, Building 6041 Wahiawa, Hawaii. This SOW presumes: 1. Provide (385) double deep bays, including tunnels. All bays include in-rack wire decking. Total pallet position count is ~3,386 pallets. a. Includes (41) 3 beam level bays. b. Includes (94) 4 beam level bays. c. Includes (222) 5 beam level bays. d. Includes (28) tunnel bays with 2 beam levels. 2. Provide end of row guards and post protectors. 3. Provide spare parts. 4. Includes estimated freight for all racking system components. 5. Includes installation labor and equipment rental. 6. Includes rack load signs. 7. Includes engineering and wet seals for Hawaii. 8. Does not include building permits, high pile storage analysis, fire suppression system or permits. |
