Description

Any bid document received after the deadline established by the Office of the Borough Administrator will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery. Submission of Bid: All bids must be submitted on the bid proposal forms approved and provided for by the bid specifications in order to be considered. Bid submittals are to be delivered, sealed with bid number and name on exterior to: Borough of Allendale 500 West Crescent Avenue Allendale, New Jersey 07401 Municipal Clerk's Office The Borough of Allendale does not release the project estimate. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. This bid has been advertised in accordance with the "Fair and Open Basis" and nothing further shall be required under the Pay-to-Play Legislation (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5).
