| Description | Description of work includes the following: • Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and perform all operations for applicable construction. • Demolish all existing flooring and remove and dispose of same. • All existing concrete flooring shall be left in place, leveled and repaired where and as needed. • Installation of new ceramic tile measuring 3024 SF (selected by the Town) • Return the interior of the building to “as good or better condition” at the completion of work. • Work in such a manner as to not interfere with other operations of the Town in the vicinity during the construction period; coordinate the construction schedule and operations with the Town’s Representative. • Move any stored Products, under Contractor's control, which interfere with operations of the Town. |
