The Remodel of Two Warehouses

This project scope consists of the renovation of (2) 90,000sf existing warehouses in Tooele, UT. The total estimated budget for this project is $4,250,000.00 distributed over 5 total phases. Phases 1A and 1B represent the initial scope of work, followed by the remaining phases 2-4 depending on the availability of funding. Your proposal should accommodate all 5 phases recognizing that the work will take place in stages.
