Provide all material, labor, permits, inspections and re-inspection fees, tools, equipment, transportation, insurance, temporary protection, temporary power and lighting, supervision and incidental items for the removal and installation of Fire Alarm and Controls in the Lee County Jail, located at 2115 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Ft. Myers, FL 33901. Remove and replace the existing Simplex Fire Alarm System in the Lee County Downtown Jail building with a new, non-proprietary, Fire Alarm system to which Lee County can purchase replacement parts directly from multiple suppliers.
