| Description | TAKE NOTICE that the Borough of Sayreville is soliciting Requests for Proposals, for the provision of groundskeeping services from qualified contractors. The contract will be awarded through a competitive contracting process to the contractor whose proposal is most advantageous to the Borough of Sayreville, price and other factors considered. Said Request for Proposals will be opened and read in public for consideration in room 310 of the Borough of Sayreville, 167 Main Street, Sayreville, NJ Vendors shall comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. (P.L. 1975, C. 127); (NJAC 17:27) as amended, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Stockholder Disclosure Certifications N.J.S.A 52:25-24.2 and Borough Code 2-54A, Regulations on Contributions. |
