2022- 2023 Cloverdale Road - Road Reconditioning

Town of Albion Jackson County, Wisconsin will receive sealed Bids for the 2022- 2023 Cloverdale Rd - TRIS Road Reconditioning Project at the Town of Albion Town Hall, N5740 State Hwy 54, Black River Falls, WI 54615. The Work for which Bids are asked includes the following: CONTRACT 1 - Road Reconditioning for approxi- mately 1.0-mile Rural Road Section. Proposed work consists of general grading, new road base, ditching, install new road culverts, install new driveway culverts, erosion control and restoration. Proposed road base consists of 6" crushed aggerate base, 10" breaker run over select areas. New road culverts to be installed by end of 2022. Final completion is set for spring of 2023. CONTRACT 2 - Paving approximately 1.0-mile road length with 2.5" Hot Mix. Work shall be completed in summer of 2023. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the maximum bid price, payable to the Owner as a guaranty that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract Documents and furnish the required contract security. If the Successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract Documents and provide the required contract security within 15 days after the Notice of Award, the Owner may annul the Notice of Award and the Bid Security will be forfeited. Bids may not be withdrawn within 60 days after the date of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to award the Contract to the Bidder, who in the judgment of the Owner, will best serve the interest of the Owner.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.

Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
