| Description | As of February 14, 2023. The project has been awarded with the amount of $273,422.30. The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to remove existing concrete sidewalks and replace with brick sidewalks. Also part of this project will be the addition of pedestrian lighting along portions of Jernigan Street and Main Street in downtown Perry. Bonds: All bid bonds must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder, if awarded the Contract, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount and a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. |
