As of April 13, 2023, bids was rejected, rebid to the 21st of April 2023 with new project title 500 GPM Water Well on Derby - Whitesand Road. Mobilization of all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform the contracted work Award, if made, will be made for the lowest and best bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. The owner further reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes it would not be in the interest of the Project to make an award to that Bidder. The Owner also reserves the right to waive all formalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder. Each Bidder, by submitting a bid, represents that he has visited the site and familiarized himself with local conditions under which the work is to be performed. No allowance will be made to any Bidder because of lack of examination of the proposed Plans and Specifications, this Advertisement to Bid, the site of the work, or for lack of knowledge of any conditions affecting the Work. The submission of a proposal shall be construed as conclusive evidence that the Bidder has made such examinations.
