Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this project is to replace the HVAC equipment at the Headquarters building, with an option to document the control system. The work will consist of the following: 1. Replacement of two (2) boilers and associated plumbing, electrical, and controls. 2. Replacement of domestic water heater and associated plumbing and electrical. 3. Removal of decommissioned outside air cooled condensing unit and inside fan coil unit. 4. Replacement of restroom and shower room exhaust fans and controls. 5. Replacement of chilled and hot water fan coil units in existing air handling units and make-up air units. 6. Investigation and documentation of existing control system, and recommendations for upgrades or replacement. 7. Testing and balancing of new equipment.
