Lucero Center Pool Drainage System

Seeking proposals to repair/replace the following: 1. Removal of approximately 250LF of existing gutter tiles. 2. Removal of approximately 250LF of decorative tiles bordering gutter sections. 3. Repair/Recoat existing corroded concrete gutter channel (for any extensive change to the existing gutter drainage slope, contractor will acquire construction engineering plans and submit to NMED/Environmental health Bureau for approval). 4. Removal of all construction debris from vessel. 5. Remove pool lighting and cap off. 6. Reline or replace plumbing to gutter surge pit. The City of Española will provide camera footage of the lines from pool drain to surge pit for contractor assessment. 7. Drain, remove debris, paint gutter surge pit vessel floor and walls with an approved water tight coating. Please include any certifications for warranty to apply coating and not void manufacturer warranty. 8. Replace gutter and decorative tiles/possibility of existing tiles to be re-used based on condition from initial removal.
