Washington Middle School / Retta Brown Elementary School Roof Replacement

As of Novembers 18th, 2022, project has not been awarded yet. No timeline of award was not established. For the replacement of existing roofing at the Washington Middle School (601 South Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive) and the Retta Brown Elementary School (505 Dixie Drive), El Dorado, Arkansas. A five percent (5%) corporate Bid Bond or a certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany all submitted bids on construction contracts that exceed $20,000.00 in accordance with ACA 22-9-203. Bidders must comply with all requirements of Contractors Licensing Laws of the State of Arkansas, Act 150 of 1965, as amended, and Arkansas Code 22-9-204 section 3.6(a). A Performance and Payment Bond, equal to the amount of the contract, and issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of Arkansas will be required of the successful bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. Proposals which fail to comply fully with any provision of the Plans, Specifications and other Contract Documents will be considered invalid and will not receive consideration. Contract Documents may be examined at the Office of the Architect.
