Site work, renovation and addition to a theater / auditorium in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a theater / auditorium; and for the renovation of a theater / auditorium. Renovate and update current code and ADA compliance for lobby, box office, green room, dressing rooms, theater seating and additional restrooms needed to accommodate the general public. Address structural building foundation renovations and improvements As of June 30, 2022, this project is in the conceptual phase. An architect has not been selected. A conceptual design was completed by a consultant. The project is pending funding. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined.
