| Description | Work generally consists of replacing the existing water main along Castell, 4th, Helen, Mahaffey, Oak, Wesley, Wilcox, and Rose Lawn, in addition to HMA paving of Castell, 4th, Helen, Mahaffey, Oak, Wesley, and Wilcox roads with associated replacement of storm sewer. Work includes removal, abandonment of existing water mains, constructing new water mains in roadways due to limited ROW, and also includes milling and removal of asphalt pavement and base, curb and gutter, sidewalks and driveways, and installation of concrete sidewalks, concrete curb and gutters, driveways within the Right of Way. This project also consists of constructing storm sewer, grading, restoration, and traffic maintenance and control. |
