Annual Park Restroom Janitorial Services

All cleaning supplies and paper products shall be provided by the County. Contractor is responsible for visiting and inspecting each restroom prior to bidding. The Contractor agrees to perform the following duties on a daily basis so as to provide a clean, safe, presentable, and odor free restroom: Clean restrooms at a time of day acceptable to the County. Restrooms shall be cleaned consistently. Dispensers for hand towels, toilet tissue and soap shall be stocked. Paper products and cleaning supplies will be provided at each site. Water closets, urinals, lavatories, drinking fountains, all fixtures, dispensers, partitions, walls and areas under sinks shall be cleaned and disinfected with an effective germicidal, bacterial cleaner. Splash marks, paper, writing, spider webs, or other marks and material shall be removed from walls, doors, partitions and any other surfaces. Mirrors and lights shall be cleaned and polished. Floors shall be swept, mopped, and disinfected with a effective germicidal, bacterial cleaner Litter and debris on the ground within 25 feet of the restroom shall be picked up. In the event vandalism occurs or other necessary repair and maintenance work is noticed, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Parks Contracts & Project Coordinator. Each park will be cleaned once a day, seven days a week. Perform such other reasonable duties as the County, through its Parks and Conservation Land Department, may require to ensure the cleanliness of the restrooms.
