Includes North Campus Residence Halls Middlesex, Windham and New London Halls. Middlesex Hall will undergo bathroom renovations consisting of asbestos abatement, shower renovations, new toilets and partitions, lighting and plumbing fixtures. Windham and New London Halls involves of student rooms renovations consisting of asbestos abatement, new flooring, lighting and painting. Middlesex Hall renovations include hazardous material removal and renovations of the bathroom areas (one per floor) at the basement, first thru fourth floors. New London and Windham Hall renovations include the resident rooms at the basement, first thru fourth floors. The resident rooms will require hazardous material removal and restoration for reoccupation.
