Description

Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Demolition of existing AHU and all duct work in mechanical room. Chilled water will have to be disconnected and reconnected to units. All new controls and controls system for new unit. New VFD, demolition of existing VFD. Steel rack and railing system to be removed entirely. All trash to be removed by HVAC contractor. Daily cleaning to be done on site by HVAC contractor. All electrical work to be done by HVAC contractor.
