| Description | There are 4 entrances to the building. Each entrance will be addressed individually in the following description of the scope. Much of the damaged observed appears to have occurred as the result of the use of de-icing salts and settlement in one area. In general, the work will include, removal of loose concrete, grinding of cracks, epoxy injection, paint removal/re- painting, bush hammer surface preparation, filling areas with repair mortar, parge coating/finish coating of all repaired surfaces with a concrete resurfacer. |
