Description

*As of November 29, 2022, the bid results have not been solidified. This is a Design-Build Project which will include reconstruction of Randall's Island Ramps. The project scope includes the Construction of 2 new vehicular ramps, 3 new ADA compliant pedestrian ramps and restoration of existing Randall's Island roadways. Scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to: clearing and grubbing, geotechnical investigative work, borings, shoring/SOE, micro-piles, demolition, asbestos and lead abatement, rebar, concrete, precast deck slabs, structural steel, bearings, bridge drainage, bridge painting, site utilities and drainage, asphalt pavement, milling, fencing, guiderail, curb and sidewalk, line striping, OH sign structures and signage, electrical ITS and lighting, retaining walls, trucking, landscaping, MPT, utility relocations, and other trades typically associated with this type of work. This is a State Funded Project and has MWBE & SDVOB goals assigned to it. Halmar encourages and promotes the maximum M/W/DBE and SDVOB participation possible on this and all of its projects.
